What makes you less productive?

I come across this question many times and it's there deep down in me. I observed my actions to track how productive I am throughout the day.  This article would reflect some of the ways that happen every day, but directly or indirectly, we ignore them to make us less productive. This includes my own observations and learning. Frequent usage of mobile We have a lot of apps, games, and checking emails so frequently keeps you engaged day and night but without any productivity. But do think how unproductive they make your day when you should actually focus on your work of the day. Such activities kill your day since being involved in these you enter an automated loop of technology that drains your whole energy at the end of the day.   Multi-tasking This habit of mine helps me at a time. How to break old negative patterns and grow in life?

Are you adhere to old patterns? Do you want to clear all old patterns from your life? Do you want to grow? Here, I shall share my understanding of breaking old, frustrating, and negative patterns and how this impacts your thoughts.   We all have some type of patterns that can be the old belief which is no longer applicable and second are negative patterns at the level of thoughts. Gravitational force of the Past

The day we landed on this beautiful planet, we started our journey. As we started growing, we started building memories. We all have different past experiences and look ahead to an awesome future. The past teaches us and the present and future are hopeful.  Don't get stuck in the past to complicate the present and future, instead, make it an instrument to understand and move forward to fulfill your aspiration. If you want to fly high, let go of hurtful past experiences as the gravitational force of the past is much stronger that never allows you to fly high.
