Are you living meaningful Life?

We all play different roles in life as a friend, student, companion, parents, employee, etc. These different roles in society decide our duty and give meaning to our life. 

The virtues of a person that makes life meaningful are trust, loyalty, empathy, compassion, service, respect, honesty, forgiveness, authenticity, commitment, gratitude, patience, integrity, corporation, self-control, responsibility, truthfulness, sincerity, etc.

Balance, learning, and growth are the foundation of life. For me, balance is a ritual and practicing it in all areas of life such as work, family, friends, passion, and other social activities that bestow essence to life. 


Let's start a discussion that adds more value to our life.  

Health System: How much ever money you have but if you lack mental wellbeing, it's a total waste. Our health decides the quality of your life. If we are not feeling good from within then how we can feel happier outside. Focus on health then move on to other tasks of the day. Adopt a healthy lifestyle which includes yoga, exercise, clean eating, enough sleep, etc.

Relationship with yourself: Self Talk is an internal fragment of our feelings, emotions, and current situation. Have an encouraging and effective talk with yourself to understand your need and demand of the current situation. Make important tasks your priority that helps you to reduce confusion over never-ending work. 

Spend time in nature: Nature restores us and has a tremendous positive impact on our souls. This soothes your brain and reduces anxiety. Sunlight is a source of energy that provides us essential vitamin D and heals our body internally. Spending time in nature surely ameliorate the quality of life.

The universe is full of stars, planets, moon, sun, nature, and a lot more where we are a minuscule part of it. 

Value people: This is the essential characteristic of a person who understands the value of people around them. In this materialistic or virtual world, where people always cling to electronic gadgets and forget to give value to family and friends. Spend time with family and respect their presence as they are core parts of your life.

Prioritize your tasks: We have a lot of choirs every day. Prioritizing tasks makes life simpler. Every day I choose to prioritize my work then at the end of the day this enriches my day with more magical and marvelous energy.  

Accept challenges: I know everyone has some sort of challenges in their life. But if you accept challenges and work on it makes you stronger. You become more powerful and dynamic.

 

Become a better version of yourself: Every day we juggle with a lot of activities, some are of our choice or some we are compelled to do to accomplish the work. If you want to become a better version, explore yourself and break your comfort zone.  If you stay in a comfort zone, you would stick with the same pattern and at the same level where you are now. A small effort is needed to make a change to become a better person. Consistent efforts assist you to break old patterns and help you grow further.

Help Others: You can be the helping hand of someone who needs you. When we help someone it gives us a sense of achievement and selflessness. You can provide help in any form such as monetary, emotional, personal issues, or professional, etc. We can devote ourselves to voluntary work. Every one of us should give back to society.

The ideology of life: What works for me, may not work for you. There is beauty lie in it. Everyone has a different ideology in life, but in the end, it should align with our values that involve loyalty, honesty, positivity, empathy, optimism, ethics, passion, etc.

How to break old negative patterns and grow in life?

Are you adhere to old patterns? Do you want to clear all old patterns from your life? Do you want to grow? Here, I shall share my understanding of breaking old, frustrating, and negative patterns and how this impacts your thoughts.   We all have some type of patterns that can be the old belief which is no longer applicable and second are negative patterns at the level of thoughts. If you feel you have such patterns there is always a key to unlock these patterns.  Stop explaining and getting worried about negative patterns since they don't serve in your life. Have one to one talk with your inner self to break old patterns. Why to explore yourself

      Why is discovering yourself so important?   Life is full of experiments and actions take us where we are today. Knowing ourselves takes you to another level that we have never imagined. Finding our inner core is meaningful and magnificent. My soul always vibrates to explore myself. It has become my passion to discover myself to live a satisfied, happy, and peaceful life. Now I feel we don’t know actually what and who we are but continuous exploration lands us a different version of ourselves. This journey evolves us and form new perspectives on life. It gives new dimensions to our life where there is no end. When my soul vibrates, I listen and try to find out what’s inside me trying to come out as my new version.
