Gravitational force of the Past

The day we landed on this beautiful planet, we started our journey. As we started growing, we started building memories. We all have different past experiences and look ahead to an awesome future. The past teaches us and the present and future are hopeful. 

Don't get stuck in the past to complicate the present and future, instead, make it an instrument to understand and move forward to fulfill your aspiration. If you want to fly high, let go of hurtful past experiences as the gravitational force of the past is much stronger that never allows you to fly high.

We have two ways to lead life either get stuck in the past or live the present moment. 

Is the gravitational force of the past allowing you to fly higher or blocking 🔓 your ways?

Getting stuck in the past or move forward 

I know we all have an answer to this question but still get stuck. 

👀Self-Awareness 

This is a powerful key to understand situations in life. This allows us to know about our strong and weak points where we need to take action. Be conscious and unlock the blocks which hold you back and do not allow you to move forward. 

✔Acceptance 

This is the best quality of a person who accepts their mistakes and moves forward. We as human beings commit a lot of mistakes and the key point here is to learn and never repeat the same. I have committed a lot of mistakes and the moment I started learning from them that augment the richness of my life experiences.  

👬Forgiveness 

Forgiving attitude makes you a more compassionate and lively person. We all commit mistakes but forgiving nature of our helps us and others to grow and connect with us.  This attitude helps us heal faster.    

🏃Focus on personal growth 

We lament about hurtful past whereas personal growth is a tonic of this. Growth is a vital process of our life that develops our understanding.  As we grow, we mature.  Focus on personal growth motivates you to fly higher and helps to let go of the past.

🙏Gratitude 

Helps you to recognize what you have now. This gives us a sense of fulfillment. Many people know the power of gratitude. Follow this gratitude ritual since it is a life-transforming activity, this has impacted my life positively.  

🔮Create a Mindset 

Do think mindfully what past has given you. Learn from the past and implement it today. Creating a mindset would surely help you to make you stronger emotionally. Become mindful and do focus on the current situation.

☺Take break 

When everything seems stuck, take a break and rejuvenates yourself. This helps us recover faster and restores energy. This builds trust in our journey that is not yet over.


Be humble,

Be Wise,

Are you adhere to old patterns? Do you want to clear all old patterns from your life? Do you want to grow? Here, I shall share my understanding of breaking old, frustrating, and negative patterns and how this impacts your thoughts.   We all have some type of patterns that can be the old belief which is no longer applicable and second are negative patterns at the level of thoughts. Why to explore yourself

      Why is discovering yourself so important?   Life is full of experiments and actions take us where we are today. Knowing ourselves takes you to another level that we have never imagined. Finding our inner core is meaningful and magnificent. My soul always vibrates to explore myself. It has become my passion to discover myself to live a satisfied, happy, and peaceful life.
