Gravitational force of the Past

The day we landed on this beautiful planet, we started our journey. As we started growing, we started building memories. We all have different past experiences and look ahead to an awesome future. The past teaches us and the present and future are hopeful.  Don't get stuck in the past to complicate the present and future, instead, make it an instrument to understand and move forward to fulfill your aspiration. We all play different roles in life as a friend, student, companion, parents, employee, etc. These different roles in society decide our duty and give meaning to our life.  The  virtues of a person  that makes life meaningful are  trust, loyalty, empathy, compassion, service, respect, honesty, forgiveness, authenticity, commitment, gratitude, patience, integrity, corporation, self-control, responsibility, truthfulness, sincerity,  etc. Balance, learning, and growth are the foundation of life. A lot of people ask me how I find the time to read books in my busy schedule. Reading habits have provided me lot of experience and expanded the horizon of thinking even with less traveling experiences.  We all know the reading habit is good but most people find it very difficult to build and enjoy. This habit releases stress, soothe brain when a hassling lifestyle consumes our energy in a day to day activities.
