What makes you less productive?

I come across this question many times and it's there deep down in me. I observed my actions to track how productive I am throughout the day.  This article would reflect some of the ways that happen every day, but directly or indirectly, we ignore them to make us less productive. This includes my own observations and learning.

Frequent usage of mobile

We have a lot of apps, games, and checking emails so frequently keeps you engaged day and night but without any productivity. But do think how unproductive they make your day when you should actually focus on your work of the day. Such activities kill your day since being involved in these you enter an automated loop of technology that drains your whole energy at the end of the day.

Multi-tasking

This habit of mine helps me at a time. But sometimes I get pissed off as attention to focus one activity vanishes. I hope you understand what I am trying to say to you. Limit it.

A Fat list for a day

Every person wants to finish as many tasks as he/ she can finish in a day. But they don't need to be productive too. A fat list consumes the energy and power of the brain. Taking a break in between tasks would help you immensely.

Procrastination

One of the major killers of productivity is you don't even take action then how you can become a more productive person.  So guys get up and take action and make your life productive.

Overthinking

Some situations in life are out of your control that makes you less productive. So stop this and go ahead.

These are some of the significant activities that make you less productive. Productivity involves commitment, planning, and focused efforts.

Here are some ways to become more productive

  • Focus strategy

  • Respect your time

  • Limit your attention by giving priority to the most important task of the day.

  • Conscious efforts

  • Awareness of self and surroundings

  • Reduce multitasking

You can share your experience to improve productivity and help each other.

Rhythm of Persistence

We are always excited to start something new. We make  PLANS,   STRATEGIES ,   INVEST TIME,   ACTION  .............................................. But, What about  PERSISTENCE??? In the beginning, you are charged to kick start what you have planned but later on, you lose PERSISTENCE as you encounter challenges and problems. You are frantic by the challenges that make you lose pace and go out of track. Later on, you come up with silly excuses find the way to exit smartly without any rational thinking. This breaks the rhythm of persistence Eventually, you end up nowhere and not being persistent becomes part of your behavior where you always fail to maintain the rhythm. "Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; There is nothing more common than talented but unsuccessful men. Wisdom will not; wisdom without reward is almost as conventional as a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated bums. Persistence and determination are omni

Why to explore yourself

Why is discovering yourself so important?   Life is full of experiments and actions take us where we are today. Knowing ourselves takes you to another level that we have never imagined. Finding our inner core is meaningful and magnificent. My soul always vibrates to explore myself. It has become my passion to discover myself to live a satisfied, happy, and peaceful life. Now I feel we don’t know actually what and who we are but continuous exploration lands us a different version of ourselves. This journey evolves us and form new perspectives on life. It gives new dimensions to our life where there is no end. When my soul vibrates, I listen and try to find out what’s inside me trying to come out as my new version. There is something that resonates inside me. What should I name, but yes maybe “My Exploring Power” would be the best word to name it.  Many people want something but they don’t know what they want. This “Journey of Exploring Yourself” resolves what you wa
