What does self-communication involve in it?
A string of your own thoughts that keep running in our minds silently throughout the day.

I have some questions to ask and will address some practical solutions to correct your SELF COMMUNICATION. 

Does self-communication help or bother you?
Does self-communication add value to your life?
Does self-communication construct your life? 

Constructive Self-communication: why it’s important?
It's important because it boosts you to live a happy, peaceful, and harmonious life. There are some outcomes of positive self-communication:

Clarity of thoughts
As I mentioned above, self-communication involves your thoughts. This self-communication helps you in clearing your thought pattern and helps you identify which thoughts are positive or negative. This provides clarity to your thoughts, subsequently clarity in Life. 

Self Awareness
Self-communication guides you what is the most important for the current situation and disconnects you with stress and anxiety with the notion of thoughts.

Impact mental health
Self-communication assists your mind to work at its highest level and makes you more positive and flexible.

You become an action taker
self-communication helps priorities your thoughts enhance your ability to take action in a better way in the right direction.

Reduces self-doubts
We doubt our ability at a time, but positive self-communication helps in finding your hidden potential.

Build a budding mindset
Positive self-communication motivates you each and every moment and builds a positive mindset.

Synchronization
Self-communication connects you with yourself. This guides you to align the body, mind, and soul for the best results.

Consequences of negative self-communication 


Negative self-talk impacts very badly other areas of our life such as mental health, an increase in stress level, overthinking, self-doubts, fear of failure, feeling alone, create a Maze in the brain, so on. 

How to implement the right self-communication attitude?
Self-communication is a relationship between you and your thoughts. Everyone wants to achieve their dreams, want recognition in society by leaving their impression behind. But,  what you have now,  must appreciate and value it. Self-communication is a powerful tool and there are some ways to practice it:

Practice Gratitude 
Victim mentality always looks for negativity in life, however, but looking through hazy lenses becomes part of their personality.
For having a good relationship of your thoughts with you, maintain a gratitude journal.
I am mentioning some points below and you must have gratitude for them. There can be so many other reasons too.
  • Have gratitude for minute things in life and embrace the beauty of nature, and the world where we live.  
  • Grateful to have plenty of available resources
  • Having family members, friends, and loving people around you who form the major part of your life. 
Change the inner world
First look at your own inner world and clear out all bad impression on your brain about fear, lack of potential, fear of failure, etc.
As we have seen positivity triggers our brain to take action. Then try to find the inner peace in your words which you keep saying to yourself all the time. Become your good friend. Listen to that inner child in you. Take help from your past experience and motivate yourself to do better in every situation in your life.


Work on yourself
Talk to your own thoughts and raise yourself. Don't compare your time zone with the others. Everyone has their own time zone and everyone's story is different from yours. Maintain that energy in you to take action. 



Take baby steps
I agree you must be having a lot of plans and big dreams in your life. But, divide your plans into small pieces for better execution. As a baby, take small steps, keep walking, and learn to become a better runner with the help of your self-talk. 

Be constructive
Whatever situation you are in, but always choose the correct path. Don't get bogged down with the negative emotions in your life. There is always a scope for doing better in life. Get up. 

Don't give up  
This attitude transforms you completely and gives you the confidence to keep improving every day.
