How to practice Self- care?
Self-care is a tour of your own mental, spiritual, physical, and emotional health. Self-care practice involves the following:

"Structure your schedule"
Its foremost to schedule your day for productive work along with flexibility. Scheduling your calendar and a to-do list at work help you to prioritize the tasks. Now you are ready to take action. This simplify your day and you can extract maximum work with better efficiency.

    "Have gratitude"
The key to self-care is gratitude. You mostly talk about what you want but don’t realize what you have now. Value what you have today and focus on planning your future.

"Self Talk: Relationship with your thoughts"
We encounter our feelings throughout the day and keep doing self-talk. It’s important to have positive and realistic self-talk. This self-talk helps you to invigorate your mind and cling with your goals.

"Sleep"
Sleep is a major part of our biological clock. This helps in tissue restoration, strengthens the immune system, and improves memory .
Sleep impacts your attention, mood and boost your overall health and heals your body automatically.

"Breathing space"
Busy schedule hangs your mind and continuously talking to yourself all the time sucks your energy too. It’s important to take a break in between which rejuvenates your mind, soul, and body. Relax and calm your mind through some breathing exercises and hydrate yourself.

"Spend silent time"
Every day involves yourself in "Me-time" at least for 15- 30 minutes to understand your day and its quality. This helps you enhance productivity and stress management.

"Read books"
Reading books is another segment of self-care. Excessive mobile usage has become part of life but reading habits assist in improving your relationship with yourself. This habit pushes you to become a better person with time. Make books your friend over your mobile or electronic gadgets.

"Involve yourself in Activities"
Trying different activities such as art, singing, dance, painting, writing uplift your mood and your character too. This makes you a creative person and expands your interest. Expanding your interests improves your personality.

"Healthy eating"
Healthy Food is essential for physical and emotional health.

"Maintain Journal"
Writing down the chaos of your mind on paper gives you relief and make more space in your mind for important pieces of stuff.

"Immoderate use of technology"
Excessive use of technology affects your health.  So make sure there should be limited consumption of social media.

"Look for catalysts in your life"
The catalyst can be your passion, goal, relationship, or something else that keeps you alive from within. This fills your life with the spark you have within and inspire you to unfold your potential.

"Smile"
The best practice of every day is Smile. This elevates your mood, relieves stress, and boosts the immune system. Don't forget to smile. It's our basic nature.
