Dissolve loneliness: Be Happy with yourself

Loneliness is mental pain, but staying happy at this time is fabulous. Don’t overburden by this term “Loneliness”. It can bring a lot of perks and happiness for you if you think wisely. Here your power to change the situation comes. This is the best time to explore yourself and direct your energy positively. Some people may feel bad to stay alone. If you see the cycle of life, everyone has come along and has to go alone. No one is going to be accompanying you after your death. It may sound foolish to some people, but this is a true fact about life. Don’t think you are alone. Some people may think its depressing state of being alone, but I would call it exploring the state. Then why not explore yourself? This state of loneliness can be productive for you. Just you need to channelize your energy.

How to dissolve this feeling of loneliness?
How to overcome this hurdle?

You are thinking that you are alone, but actually, you are very close to yourself. This is the best time to create yourself. You can hear your inner voice and can feel your emotions. Learn from your experience and connect with yourself first. This is creating time for you.

Everyone has a past and commits a mistake in the past. Don’t become a judge for others and don’t let others judge you. You are a different person now and even if your choices were wrong in the past. Now you have the power of changing yourself. Just heal yourself during the period of loneliness. Introspect, learn, and grow is the mantra of living a happy life. Live in present.

3.  Disconnect yourself from social media
   Social media gives you temporary pleasure. Connecting to media may hide all your emotions momentarily. But it takes you away from your inner core. Don't get the influence of media. Have a balance in your life. I agree it's important to connect with technology, but balance is very important. Be kind to yourself. If you can’t stay without electronic media it means you are addicted to them. Sit calm and try to find out “real you”. Social Media is a virtual world. 

4.   Connect with real-world of nature
Aligning with mother nature is the best medicine for your soul. Enjoy and spend some time in the lap of nature and feel your presence. Amalgamation with Nature would heal all your pains, negative thoughts and will refresh your mind, body, and soul. Connecting to nature will soothe you and inspire you from inside.  

5.   Connect with people
We are social animals, connect with the people instead of the electronic world. Nature and we are part of this vast Universe. Spend time with your family and friends. They are part of your life. Connecting with people makes you a more sensible and active person.

6.  Discover your new hobby
   This is the correct time when you can adopt new habits and work on your hobbies. Practice regularly your new habit. Take a break and think about what you have been trying to include in your routine. Incorporate new rituals into your daily schedule and take a leap to refine your life. 

7.  Let your negative attitude melt
   Your mental well being is connected to your thoughts. Don’t make a loop of negative attitude. Change your perspective and let the negative thoughts melt.

8. Engage yourself with your passion
  Make your own vision board, including personal, professional, social, and spiritual commitments. This is a central part of your life. Make, erase, and modify with time. Focus on yourself. This will motivate you to work on your agendas.

    Maintain the journal that would help you find your thought patterns and guide you to take better decisions.

9.  Energize yourself with positive vibes
Don’t think you are alone, it sounds negative. Make a positive aura around you by doing meditations, reading books, practice yoga, by connecting with positive people. You have a lot of energy inside you, give it direction and you will explore a fantastic person in you.


Conclusion
This lonely time can deteriorate or uplift you, but CHOICE IS YOURS. Be in command and keep learning from mother nature. Be happy where you are today and change the situation with your positive efforts. It will definitely provide you a rich experience. Keep learning new things and practice it regularly.

Are you adhere to old patterns? Do you want to clear all old patterns from your life? Do you want to grow? Here, I shall share my understanding of breaking old, frustrating, and negative patterns and how this impacts your thoughts.   We all have some type of patterns that can be the old belief which is no longer applicable and second are negative patterns at the level of thoughts. Why to explore yourself

      Why is discovering yourself so important?   Life is full of experiments and actions take us where we are today. Knowing ourselves takes you to another level that we have never imagined. Finding our inner core is meaningful and magnificent. My soul always vibrates to explore myself. It has become my passion to discover myself to live a satisfied, happy, and peaceful life. Now I feel we don’t know actually what and who we are but continuous exploration lands us a different version of ourselves. This journey evolves us and form new perspectives on life. It gives new dimensions to our life where there is no end. When my soul vibrates, I listen and try to find out what’s inside me trying to come out as my new version. There is something that resonates inside me. What should I name, but yes maybe “My Exploring Power” would be the best word to name it.  Many people want something but they don’t know what they want.
